This landlord never told us that there was a single energetic meter in the building. We ended up owing money to the electric company that they were supposed to pay. We never got the matter fixed, even after they had been notified. We never received our security deposit nor were ever responded to with the matter of the keys. They rented out a crappy apartment for way too high. I will never rent from this company again.
