Landlord speaks condescendingly and inappropriately. Have heard multiple accounts of Chris Brown of Lightner Creek LLC/CB Investments acting in a manner that is not acceptable as a landlord. Not only the way he speaks to tenants, though also in his actions or lack thereof. Then he makes it out like he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Have never dealt with such an ***** in my life.
