I've lived in this neighborhood along time. Most of the people that are writing these reviews are the ***** addicted people. Mr hayes has kicked out. Always take these reviews with A Grain of salt.

Landy Hayes is a slum Lord, he steals utilities for his maintenance shed, truesdale to extort his residence, tries to violet the "Self-Help" ordinance to push out people he wants out, do t fix anything and what he does he tries to charge tenant for the repair even if its a pump on his land. Violates so many codes and let's the lake get polluted with sewage bc he won't fix the sewage system so never fish or swim in it. Won't have any repairs done and only wants to rent to state aided people bring the trailers just up to enough code to get them in. Worst land Lord ever

He extorted money from me. I still have receipts from him I paid my rent on time every month but he always tried to get extra money. Did not follow the 24 hour rule on repairs and when I mentioned it he stopped repairs altogether. My hot water heater rarely worked. Mold was a serious issue he never resolved or even tried. Never had a bad landlord untill I met this monster. He threw me out in a pandemic because he didn't want to fix his property.
