I would not recommend Sheree Maryash for anything. She is the new property manager of 1286 Cove ave in Lakewood and the sister building next door. Sherree Maryash is beyond the most unprofessional and unconcerned person I have ever dealt with. I moved in April and a new company (Petrick Property Group) bought the building a few months later. December 14th is the first time I have ever spoken with Sheree personally. She made no effort to introduce herself to the tenants or explain any changes.
