Kings and Queens apts are the worst! The management doesn't respond and the super is non existent

Brooklyn apartment building is kept nicely clean. Super responds to apartment fixes within a timely manner. Rent should be significantly cheaper given the lack of amenities.

This management company does not answer emails phone calls nothing!!!!! My issue has been no consistent hot water at random times throughout various days of the week they dont address it all

These apartment workers don't do much. Instead, they wash their cars very hard during working hours.

Service is terrible!

I live in an apartment in Brooklyn managed by this management company (295 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn, NY). It would be fine except for the mice. In the year I have live in this building I have seen at least 10 live mice scurrying across my floor and found 6 dead mice stuck to traps. I complain on a weekly basis about mice. Sometimes an exterminator comes. Sometimes the super comes and puts down traps. Most often my complaints go unanswered. When the exeminator does come, he always says the same thing “you will keep having mice until these holes they are coming in get patched.” Managment is unwilling to do that, so the mice keep coming.

I don't have any real serious complaints about the complex itself, just issues with the residents.

The managers keep the complex safe.Expensive for nothing.
