We had issues with our air conditioner in three digit temperatures. and the technician confirmed that there was a problem. The land lord made it look like this was a new problem and lied to us. She made believe like she was actually going to fix it and did not. So we left. It was a completely horrible experience. The landlord will continually tell you that YOU are the one with the problem, she will lie to you and give you sociopathic answers. Do not let the lovely landscape fool you. She wants you to water her garden which costs upwards to 2-300 hundred dollars a month and her almost 20 year old air conditioner is barely making the next year. She will make you feel like you are the one with the problem and all she wants to do is pocket your cash and leave you stuck on the lease. As a recommendation, I would ask for previous tenant references so you can see that we do not lie.
