The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had the receptionist is terrible, when you call she say she’ll get back to you but never does what you need to get done. Then she will eventually stop picking up the phone. We are screwed because we put money down but there is no physical office to go to. I warn you please do not rent with this realtor!!!!

They like to have people do work for them and not hold up to there end of the deal that buy dumps and have guys fix them up and not pay them what they was told they would be paid and if you live in 1 of there places then they will server you with a eviction notice and there whole staff are rude and lie DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND MAKE IT SEEM YOU SCREWED THEM IN COURT

First and foremost their Receptionist is the most rudest person I ever spoke to in my life. She hangs up the phone like a little child telling people not to call back anymore. They claim there was damages in the apartment when moved out , but when you let them know something needed to be fixed they wouldn't come for months or don't come at all. They haven't even fixed the apartment to see dmages and not even a month later someone moved in. That's how they treat good tenants who pay their rent every month by the way.
