Very bad this place

The Units are nice and the price is great. But they are not attentive to any issues at all once you have moved in.

K&R's apartments are good, not great.

They will not call you back. Basic and standard requests are never fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. K&R makes their clients (the tenants) beg for basic service.

My Application Process was actually really easy and Management was responsive and courteous. They answered all my questions and concerns. They have been really good so far, I highly recommend!
