I urge anyone looking into doing business with 182B Realty Corp. to look elsewhere. Jack Shapiro, the building manager, is a shady, shiesty crook who will steal your money. He stole $1,850 of my money by refusing to pay my security deposit back due to technicalities. Do not make the same mistake I did – everyone in the building is utterly scared of him as he tends to barge into the building and scream and yell at people to pay their rent. Utterly insane individual.
