Great landlord overall. Great guy. As prompt as he is with solving issues quickly, he is also quick to come unexpectedly to solve the issue, without any warning. Take LOTS of pictures before moving in. Before moving out, sit down with him to run through a complete checklist of what needs to be done (hire professional cleaners). Overall, I would recommend Ish as a landlord.
