Just a small synopsis of my 6 months on that apartment: The apartment was not in good living conditions when I moved in ( I had to replace outlets, lights, clean carpets, etc...), there are mice running around, land lord walks in unannounced, raised rent without having any reason. This is just some of the things I can say about the place and landlord, but there is way more.
