Over the past five years, I have had multiple issues every year related to water leaking from the ceiling, plumbing issues, and water leaking into the walls causing unsightly bubbles. The issues are painted over at least once a year without any permanent solution. After a rainy day, a very large ***** opened up in my dining room ceiling. It was plastered over after I wrote a long email to ICM and called them, but the management has never properly responded to my many concerns.
