Faceless corporation. Their phone number changes often. They are so chronically bad about fulfilling the utilities they agreed to cover that they changed everyone's leases so they're our responsibility now. Before that there was a point where our property was unheated in the winter. Maintenance is contracted out with little communication. Even billing is contracted to a third party. But rent is cheap so I don't complain. We killed the mice and cleaned the house after moving in, and now it's fine
