Hometown Holdings has been one of the most remarkable property management companies I have ever rented from. Office staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. I recently had a ceiling fan replaced. I had the pleasure of meeting new maintenance technician, Matt Dix. He was punctual, got repairs done in a timely manner (responded on a weekend), explained things clearly, and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate his kindness and hard work. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Kathy the landlord is a slumlord. She's rude an racist. All her properties are run down. Bugs, holes, cracks, mold an she want fix anything. Worst landlord ever. Never go through hometown holdings.

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are fond of wishing tenants a "blessed day" but are very slow to respond to issues (even serious health and safety issues) and rarely if ever follow up. Their management has become increasingly bad over time, to the point that maintenance issues have been completely ignored over the past several months. Many promises, if you can corner them, but no action. Don't make the mistake of renting an apartment through this company.
