This is only one occurrence. My toilet didn't flush right. My fiancee was at home at the time. They changed the toilet, left, and did not show anything to my fiancée. A couple of days later I got a very blurry picture that I could show telling me I got to pay 250. I asked for a clearer picture, but never got one. So I had to pay 250$ technically because they told me to. They are not transparent, they will ignore you. The lady at the desk is fake and rude and will hung up on you without regret. Such a shame. And I have complained before because 2 women and we run out of hot water in the shower. Never truly fixed. It a waste of breath to keep telling them. This is not a good place to rent if you want timely, nice costumer assistance . Go somewhere else. Don't do the same mistake I did.
