The worst company I have ever worked with. I moved out and was given no notice of anything. A month passed, nothing. I have called weekly (for 2 months now!) to inquire about my security deposit. They are telling me 3 months after I moved out, that I have a $1100 balance for my gas bill, even after I was told it was completely electric & we only needed to pay PECO & wifi. I am proceeding with legal litigations against this company. A complete disgrace!

Got evicted because company didn’t get proper zoning license.

My property management company switched halfway through the lease to Hartsville. Did not communicate anything to me or my roommates, and neglected to act on 2 maintenance requests. When my lease was almost over, there were visitors who showed up with ZERO warning to tour the property. I called 4 times about my security deposit after moving out only to get someone to record my name/phone/email and then never call me back. My roommate also sent me a death/bomb threat because I haven't received my security deposit back after over a month (I assume so I can send it to him), but that's a whole another story.
