I rented from Harry for three years and had the best experience. Any time that we ever needed anything with a repair, question, or issue we were always helped in a timely manner and could count on things being fixed right the first time. I lived in two different units and both were clean, safe, and everything was functioning properly. I have nothing but amazing things to say about renting from Harry. Both him and his team are awesome and I will miss renting from them.

Harry has been an amazing landlord to me and my roommates. He has provided countless updates on the property and is very timely in providing assistance when needed. I recommend leasing one of his properties especially if you are a student in the Temple University area. The closeness and safety of his properties are unmatched by any other landlord I have had experience with.

I have rented from Harry for 1 year and I resigned my lease for the current year. Harry has always been extremely responsive when we had any issues with the apartment. For instance, one evening I was woken up by the sound of dripping water. The basement of our apartment had an inch of water on the floor. I called Harry at 4:30am and he reponded immediately and came to the apartment. Harry had a crew out in the morning to get rid of the water, clean and dry things out. Harry has been great.

I lived in one of Harry's buildings for almost 4 years and he was an excellent landlord! If maintenance was necessary, it was done quickly. He's also very responsive in text/email. The place I lived was just a few blocks from the subway, Temple campus, and the grocery store. A great experience!

I highly recommend Harry to all a Temple students. He’s great and always accommodates your needs. He’s a phone call away for anything you need. He also has many handymen who are very useful/helpful. He cares about Temple and its students.

Harry was a wonderful landlord for the past 2 years! Extremely helpful and responsive to any requests or questions we had. Always gives us a heads up if he or any of his repair men are coming by, and is willing to work with us if the timing is inconvenient. I've heard plenty of horror stories from people renting from management companies, and am ecstatic about my renting experience by comparison. I would recommend him to anyone renting around Temple! You won't regret it!

Harry is a great landlord. He lives in the area and always responds and acts on issues extremely quickly. It puts our minds at ease that he is attentive and concerned with the safety of his tenants.

Harry is a great guy, easy to work with and very on top of whatever you need. We had a few alarm issues and repairs along the way and everything was attended to the day of if not the next morning. Move in and out were extremely easy! The spaces are new and updated. He genuinely cares about his renters and if I had another year on campus I would have renewed. Wish I found him sooner!

The apartment was large and spacious. @ bed, 2 bath bi-level allowed for me and my roommate to have our own spaces. The kitchen was large with great appliances and tons of storage space.
