They are the worse leasing company. They keep failing inspections and they had literally 7 different maintenance guys to the house to repair the floors. Also they never sent anyone out to fix hole in roof! If you can avoid these people please do!

SLUM LORDS WITH VERY NASTY ATTITUDES FAILED MULTIPLE INSPECTION'S HALF ***** REPAIRS

before i moved in i was told the plum...

before i moved in i was told the plumbing would be fixed. after half ***** fixing it they actually decided to fix it the right way after 5 months. i had ***** in the basement. legit piles. took them also somebody 4 days to come clean it up because the plumbing ***** half company they hired didn’t clean it. let alone left ***** covered all over my bathroom walls and sink and everywhere.

now i’m having heat issues. i’ve been in this 30 degree house for a week now and been calling everyday and get the same run down script. called the “emergency” number. every number leads me to the same ones that can’t do anything but put in a work order. no “technician” number they can provide me. nothing at all to help me. i call the office and it goes right to voicemail. i’m not sure how this place is still a company. if you love your children and don’t want them breathing ***** and ***** and want them to freeze i suggest you stay away from these homes. i’ve left messages, calls, texts. 0 stars

Rents raised, requests ignored or denied and you won’t hear from them unless the rent is due. You’ll pay for repairs out of pocket, submit requests to a void and never see or hear from this company unless you owe money- then of course they are very communicative.

The house is unlivable and they get extremely angry when I need something fixed. They put fear into my voice when I try to explain something needs to be fixed and will try to convince me it's my fault when I put in service orders in months ago and when the problem gets worse, I get blamed. Their maintenance purchased a new appliance as ours broke and the installation team says the landlord won't pay for the appliance and the person who installed the item told me he had to 'eat the cost' of the appliance because the landlord refused to pay them. It's OK though because I'm moving.

I'm happy i choose this company to rent with. I love my house! Tiara got me approved within 48 hours and guided me throughout the process. Even after she still ensures she reaches out to me to make sure everything is going good. Overall experience is great and maintenance is very responsive to my request. I read some previous reviews and I can not relate, thankful for new management!

Customer service is nonexistent. Faceless corp that traps you in call centers and auto-replies. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, They take weeks to reply via email, and the contact person changes every few months without notice. Thankfully, maintenance issues submitted online are responded to in a timely manner, although the quality of repairs and services is subpar. Fixed water is too expensive, required renters insurance covers nothing, and they don't do lawn care.

No customer service or friendliness. Any repairs needed were a huge hassle for the company and took weeks.They sent out 3rd party workers (plumbers/ rodent removal) that used cheap and sloppy solutions for the issues we had. First month spent with an oven that didn’t work. They replaced it, after 4 weeks with a used oven with the control ***** melted off and a ***** from a totally different oven popped over top of the melting. Neighbors of ours with the same rental company experienced flooding but they didn’t help him because he was behind on rent. Our house was broken into and it took over 48 hours of calling and leaving messages for them to contact with us about securing the property. It has now been a week and they have yet to secure the house. We were told by 2 different employees before we signed a lease that we would be receiving air conditioning. The work order was in for 3 months . We ended up buying our own. They mow the grass once it gets waist high.
