Glenn Kershaw is a slumlord, a thief, and all around a bad guy. He will loose your checks, then send you nasty emails about it. His accounting system is literal chicken scratch so you need to keep all your receipts. He was CONSTANTLY at the property, without any warning he was coming by. There was a time he was in the basement laundry room on his laptop asking whose laundry was whose! Total violation and disregard of privacy. His repairs were awful, instead of hiring professionals, he would attempt do it himself. During which he would complain about the cost, take forever and do an awful job, and leave behind a mess he expected us to clean. Don’t even get me started with the move out process- showing our place while we occupied it and without notice. Then he’ll make sure to get / steal every penny he can from you. Avoid this man at all costs.

Glenn Kershaw is a shady, disgusting, heartless, old man, with absolutely no clue what the laws are in colorado. He will try and take every penny from you in any way possible. He will give short deadlines for you to fix things that are not necessary. Most landlords would take these sorts of things out of the security deposit at the end of the lease period, but Glenn is a control freak with anger issues. He will try to be kind in person, will tell you what you want to hear when you are face to face, but once he is behind a computer, he will write an email to you that is completely the opposite of what you discussed. Glenn was supposed to fix dozens of things that we asked of him during move in and never got around to most of it. He does a bad job at fixing things then will expect you to pay and fix things for him perfectly. Everyone I’ve ever met who knows him hates him. STAY AWAY FROM GLENN KERSHAW, HE WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE!
