I lived here with 2 other roommates & for the most part we didn’t have issues other than the fact that Etty didn’t respond to texts in a timely manner. We had to text her multiple times to get a response & when she sent someone for repairs, they never did it right the first time. When we moved out, she kept lying to us about what was in the lease & tried to charge it out of the deposit & we had to call her out multiple times until she admitted she was wrong & what she said wasn’t in the lease.
