They never do anything to take care of the place. There were squatters living in another apartment sneaking in and out of the fire escape at all hours of the night. They can’t even get the grass mowed after months and months of notifications that it’s 4 feet high. Just anything you can think of, it’s all bad.

I would avoid this company like the plague. They have no business in real estate. Very poor property management and communication. I believe the staff of the office changed almost completely every time I had to contact them. No one over there knows what they are doing.
