Flats at Bethesda is a wonderful building. The staff Kristin and Lindsay and the maintenance crew bend over backwards to make you feel at home.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great location, world class staff, dog friendly and right in downtown Bethesda.

The community events are great and I’ve made great friends with my neighbors. My apartment has a great view each morning with the sunrise.
