Were very rude at times and treated my roommate and I like children just because we were young. Did not allow us to have pets, however the downstairs tenants were allowed to have a very noisy dog. Did not always respond to emails or texts in a timely manor. Tried entering the apartment without permission to show perspective tenants the unit. Moved us in with mold growing in the windows which caused my roommate to have asthma attacks. Full security deposit not returned & charged ridiculous prices
