0/10 for Drew Goodner. Within less than 40 days of moving in, I noticed that the carpet floor in the bedroom becomes wet whenever it rains. When bringing this to Drew Goodner's attention, he noted that this is happening at a lot of his properties. Within the next thirty days, there were 7 leaks in my bedroom ceiling, which took over 2 months to resolve. I was unable to sleep in my bed & my mattress was ruined. There is also a massive pest issue. Drew claims zero responsibility for his property.
