This is wonderful company and great people who always take care of our need in a apartment in timely manners.

They always answer my requests as tenant. They show they care about me.

They are not quick to response when there is an emergency. Constant leakage of water from above apartments which they are yet to address. I would think as property owners you would take care of your investment obviously they do not care, just to collect rent.

I transacted business with this company to rent and apartment. He willingly took my personal information and application fee and did no correspondence afterwards. I was told the apartment would be available at a certain but afterwards no follow up, no reach backs and no nothing. Very disappointed. If you didn't want me as a tenant just say the apartment is no longer vacant and carry on. Very bad communication as a business owner.

at first it was really nice living here now it is hard to get them to fix things the way you want the charge rent with out it even being increase or before the lease end not to happy living here as i was the first 2 years

I did appreciate the way the owner went out of their way to get me into the apartment but had I known they were so careless in the selection of tenants I'm very sure I would have passed on this. I picked out my apartment before other tenants were in the building so I really was caught off guard by what things turned out to be. The management definitely could have kept this building nice if they got rid of the people constantly breaking lease rules/building code rules. My review is not here to bash them but to make potential future renters aware. I wish I had been warned. I'm miserable here.
