Dominic is the worst! He's money hungry and doesn't care about his tenants situations. He doesn't properly fix issues in the apartment and when he does it is never in a timely fashion and they often break again. Getting in contact with him can be difficult unless he wants his money. Not often does he try to work out issues in a way that helps everyone. If one person is behind on rent he begins to hinder everyone else. He can also be very rude and condescending. Renting to him can be very stressful at times.

He's extremely disrespectful and threatened to put an eviction judgment on my roommates and I because one of my roommates was struggling to pay and was 3 weeks late on rent. Called me and my other roommate several times lying and saying negative things about the roommate having financial trouble and was extremely rude and disrespectful to both her and her mother. I will not be renewing my lease and do not recommend anyone move into any of his properties. He seems nice initially, but that quickly changes when he's inconvenienced in the slightest way.
