I have lived at Dobson Mills for 4 years. The apartments are spacious and have great closet space. Management has always been friendly and helpful. All my utilities came on one bill so it was easy to pay.

The management is good. They really do care about their residents and some of them are residents themselves. Maintenance is thorough and works hard.

The leasing office is one of the best leasing offices in Philadelphia.

Horrible security guards and bad attitude

Good place + reasonable price The only problem they have is air conditioning.
