This company has charged me fees after payment agreements have been entered and approved. This company has left bright colored notes on my door at 4:00 pm than they will be to my home in the morning, not 24 hours notice. I call to tell them that I have a child in the home under 18 and they come anyways. On several occasions ***** on the doors and jamming the keys in the locks repeatedly ruining my locks to a point that I had to have them replaced. After the third time I changed the locks just to avoid them walking in on my family. The home came with no AC though it was advertised with one. The fixtures began falling down after the first week I moved in. Tabitha has been less than helpful in her office staff's poor communication and poor handling of tenant accounts to a point that blames the tenant rather take any responsibility. One thing I can say, they definitely protect each other.
