This is one of the worst managed buildings I have had the displeasure of living in. The building is absolutely filthy, everything is breaking (only a year old!), and the worst part is how management refuse to acknowledge or take ownership of the issue. Beyond the clear pest infestations, the overall safety of the building is another major issue. The doors regularly break allowing anyone in off the street, same with the garage doors. Management is rude, unprofessional and spiteful
