These people want you to spend money repairing this home. Never upon requesting a service did we recieve it in a timely manner. Usually it was the least qualified guy showing up months late. Price hiking, rent here if you want your rent to rise often. Just moved out last month and already they have it listed for almost 400 more per month. Allow dogs, but charge a fee. I'm all right with that. I'm not alright with them doubling the fee, they know you can't get rid of an animal you had for 10+year
