Strong warning against renting from David Long. David once got in such a bad argument with a contractor (while both were on the roof of the house) that the contractor climbed down the ladder and moved it, leaving David screaming on the roof. When the washing machine broke he blamed my wife and argued over replacing it. I work for the government and was assigned overseas. David charged my 100% of my security deposit against ordinary wear and tear, knowing I would not be able to fight it from Ghana. He provided no proof that he fixed anything claimed against the deposit. He's a greedy man who will take advantage of you.
