Dan Friedman (314-378-0245) is a very bad landlord. Taking MONTHS to fix issues at the place while being nearly impossible to reach. Very aggressive and rude personality. Will try and screw your over as much as he possibly can. When we moved in, a neighbor was talking to us that has lived nearby for 10+ years. He instantly started trash talking our landlord saying how awful he was. He was right to warn me.
