A truly difficult and mind-boggling experience trying to get anything from this management group. Issues regarding heating, hot water, broken windows, and more go completely unanswered and to get a hold of someone let alone get someone out to take care of the issue is miraculous.

Avoid at all costs Rented from NCP (now called Cozy Properties) for 2.5 years. There were so many terrible issues, it's too much to list. They ignore all calls, messages, and emails. I would contact them every day for a month before fixing the issue myself. Had to withhold rent just to get them to answer the phone. They hire extremely unprofessional contractors. They left the doors to our building open & looked in the windows of our apartment several times even though I posted signage around the

They raised our rent 25% and only gave us 10 days to re-sign or find new housing. This city needs rent control.
