I would highly suggest anyone to not rent from John Slatten, ATTY, CPA he owns the corner property at 1st St and 2nd Ave NE The apartment address he will be renting is 120 2nd Ave NE This landlord has tried to play off gas leaks He has left me without a working shower or toilet for over two weeks. Not to mention when I moved in the place was never cleaned from prev. He will try to raise rent on you in the middle of a signed and legally binding lease I have always paid my rent 3-5 days on time
