It's a very safe neighborhood. The waiting list to get in is over a year long. The manager Gary Butler is the BEST !!! There's a fitness center, internet room, swimming pool, and kids playground. Columbia Parc hosts several activities to keep the residents in the know, such as Night Out against crime, Easter egg hunts, and there is also movie night and bingo. The community is always nicely manicured and landscaped.

This is an awesome community! I've lived here for four years and have never had a problem with staff or neighbors. Common areas are maintained daily and they are always painting or pressure washing something. Staff and maintenance respond quickly and with a smile!
