Very poor management. The floor near my french doors is rotted out and its a safety hazard to walk in that area. Management has done nothing to fix it because the estimate they got was for 14K. My dishwasher has been fill with disgusting, smelly, rotten water for over three weeks and the management team refuses to drain or remove it until "the part comes in" Every single key fob and gated entrance were "opened to the public for over a month" because people were getting locked in and out!!
