Landlords consistently do not cash rent checks till 2 weeks after they are due. One time my rent check was cashed 22 days after it was due. Started paying them in money order because they were creating banking issues for me. They also said they didnt receive rent when I hand delivered it to their residence. They need to get a better system in place. Digital payment is available in 90 percent of rental properties, even private owners have them who rent. They became very pushy and aggressive for a problem that THEY CAUSED. Rodents in the walls. Constantly hearing them scratching and moving. Terrible windows that in the winter are so drafty that it is actually windy. Dark parking lot. Not safe.
