The location is wonderful, however don't count on the property manager for anything. She is unprofessional and extremely difficult to communicate with.

Good: Great location, low rent. Maintenance guy is friendly and responds to serious issues quickly. Management is generally hands-off and not intrusive. No-pet policy is not enforced. Neutral: Fixtures and paint are dated. In-unit dryer is old and sometimes smells of cigarette smoke. Bad: Landlord is rude sometimes. Palmetto roaches sometimes come up through drains. Leaks and backups happened often. Issues were fixed quickly but no cleaning to remediate water damage or mold was offered after.
