I have lived in the Cascade building for 10yrs, I have not had an issue with other tenants in the building. Whenever I have had an issue in my apt , plumbing, pests, etc. I've contacted management and im hearing from them in less than 24hrs . I like the location because it's close to my job, grocery stores hospitals and a beautiful view of Lake Superior.
