Staff is always super nice and move in was easy with their help.

Everyone at the front desk is incredibly nice and right in the middle of downtown Chicago! I hope to stay here again sometime soon.

The apartment is old, stinky, disgusting and the furniture is a JOKE!!

Good place overall.

They're very flexible with tenants so if you're living there for a summer or shortened time, they can do shorter leases. Sure, the place is old but I find them more than accommodating.

No one seems happy there. Save yourself.
