Friendly mgmt and community members. I especially like the design. You legit feel like you're living on a ritzy resort.

Cellphone reception is poor. Get used to walking outside to chat.

There isn't enough oversight to make sure owners are cleaning up after their dogs. I also can't stand the fact that you feel like you're in the same room as your neighbor. The walls are too thin.
