Renters beware Moved out of their townhome last month after renting from them for almost 10 years. Got no deposit money back though we left the place in good condition. They cited wear and tear on carpet. Of course there's normal wear and tear on light carpet after 9.5 years! I tried to get them to replace the living room carpet after my 5th year of renting, no deal; I even offered to go halfsies. Eventually, my husband and I personally paid $1,200 to take up the carpet in the living room and put down new laminate flooring just so we had a decent looking living room. You could rent from these folks for 20 years, and they would do no updates. I know another couple who's rented from them 11 years, and they will do no upgrades for them at all....In all my years there, I never set eyes on the owner; he has his workers out front because he does not want to be identified. Most decent landlords appreciate long term good renters, not these jokers. BEWARE!

This is not a good place to live unless you can fix issues on your own.
