Lovely

After years of nightmares renting from sleezy landlords on my college campus, my prayers were finally answered in the form of Bill the landlord at 8223 W. Oklahoma Ave. He keeps his apartments in tip top shape, installs great security, and keeps communication with his residents. The price of rent was ridiculously cheap for including heat and heated underground parking. While initially thinking it was too good to be true, after over a year of living here I have not experienced a single issue either with the unit or with neighbors. Bill is a handy, friendly and even gives his residents presents for Christmas. He is not intrusive and is very accommodating. Highly recommend living here!!!
