So far so good . I can make anywhere a cozy home. Management was fast with my application! Conveniently next to the trains and super markets. Hopefully they change appliances to more modern but apartments are cute inside

On the day of my move in, I realized that someone possibly the super and his housekeeper removed the grill from the stove top and shelves from the oven. Basically gutted the stove between the time I did my walk through and the time I got the keys.No explanation, this was different from when I did my walk through. I reached out to the leasing office and asked what's going on? No one was able to give me an answer. I told them this is theft, bait and switch, and irresponsible and I am not moving forward. They told me to return the keys. I did and they refuse to return my deposit and first month. I had not even moved in. No one returns my calls. So I'm out $3275.00.

This administration is the worse i have seen in my life. They charge you fees every months. They even charge you fees for paying rent in advance!!! And if a check is bounced but the due date is still on time (even 15 days or earlier) they will charge you $50 fee. All the place is full of "rules" that advise you that you will pay fees. Customer service is terrible and I hope soon they face a serious demand for treating people like trash and not respecting any rights. All the place is a piece of garbage and they dont go to the scheduled maintenance at all. The super will always try to go into your home accusing of causing problems to other departments. If you see benjamin h as the administration just run and never lease or do any business with this ppl.

DONT EVER RENT HERE WORST REALTY COMPANY EVER!!! I have moved out over a month ago and it was told to me in my lease that I would receive my security deposit within 30 days. It is now the 45th day and no one has yet to call me. Ive called numerous of times and they give me the same ***** about the manager having to sign off on my check. You guys were so ***** quick to take my rent money but yet when money is owed to me I CANT GET IT!!I wish I had the time to take them to court for their breach of contract. I will continue to leave a bad review every day on every website until I GET MY MONEY
