Showed up multiple times unannounced. Would pull up to house honking her horn stopping traffic and then drove away. Provided no proof of evidence of security deposit deductions and took all of security deposits from the tenants in the house and asked for more but then took back the statement asking for more. Plumbing issues that she refused to repair so I had to pay for the repair and it took about 8 months to be repayed. Known to give nothing back on security deposits for multiple rentals. Avoid if you can!!
