It is a very quiet building. So friendly and welcoming.

Each unit has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central air, and granite counters.

Monthly rent is fair for the region. I can't express how helpful the staff is. Management really looks out for us.

They break their backs for the residents. You can bank on constant events throughout the year so that you can meet your neighbors. Also, the amenities are great. They have nice views, bbq grills for cookouts, gym, entertainment room, etc.

Dog friendly and amazingly courteous staff.

Very spacious living spaces and the staff, mgmt, and doormen are genuinely nice and helpful.

Great amenities: pet friendly, fitness center, pool, etc.
