Alvin Levin is the best landlord I've had in Philadelphia. My apartment is updated and well-maintained. All issues and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Never had an issue with mice or cockroaches (unlike other Rittenhouse buildings I've lived in!). I highly recommend renting from Alvin Levin.
