Adi Cohen and brother Yaniv Ben Moshe told me that the apt would be renovated if I paid 1 year in advance. I did, it was never renovated. I asked if they could remove their old furniture, they refused, and charged me for it monthly. I asked if the apt could be cleaned before moving in, they refused. They kept harassing me saying that they wants to “come check” if I'm cleaning the apt. The apt was old, damaged when I moved in. They claimed I “destroyed” the apt and scammed me out of my deposit.
