I've had poor plumbing pass as requisite jobs by these guys. It's just not worth it. This place is trash.

The staff just isn't that helpful.

The customer service here is no bueno. The rudeness the managers greet you with is startling and a real problem. Several of my neighbors are looking to file a lawsuit. The treatment is unbearable. Honestly, being stressed by the mgmt has brought much of our neighbors closer together. We have one thing in common - we hate our living situation.

I've been cleaning myself at friends homes and at school. There are so many things they need to fix and yet I hear nothing. I've read negative things about this company before and now I'm seeing it all come to fruition right in front of me...highlights the importance of listening to others. Ahhhh
