This property is very old but has been updated periodically. Instead of actually repairing and replacing problematic issues such as plumbing or electrical issues, siding, roofing issues...they cheaply " fix" the problem. Ultimately the quick fix usually gets worse o er time. My unit shares a main sewer line which happens to have a huge tree growing on top of it. Over time roots have clogged the drains causing backups in the home. There is no one available on weekends for emergencies. GOOD LUCK!
